ABM US is Hiring a Handyman Near Cape Canaveral, FL
Full time shift, Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Starting pay $20.00. Located in Cape Canaveral FL. Must have reliable transportation. The employee would be responsible for building furniture, moving furniture, assisting with framing walls, landscaping, cleaning as needed etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
Responsibilities:
• Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
• Handle heavy workload of calls
• Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
• Manage workload and job scheduling
• Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
• Keep manager informed of customer feedback
• Communicate effectively and promptly
• Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
• Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
• When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
• Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
